The City Clerk's office administers oaths and affirmations, helps to prepare official documents, countersigns official documents, is qualifying officer for municipal elections, records Council minutes, maintains official minutes, ordinance and resolution books, supervises sale of cemetary plots, files liens, maintains motor vehicles records (tags and titles), responsible for records management program and assists in research of public records requests from department heads and general public.
