Imaginarium Hands-On Museum

FUN is just one of the many words the 100,000 plus visitors voiced to describe the Imaginarium. The Imaginarium Hands-On Museum and Aquarium offers people of all ages the opportunity to enrich their minds and have fun at the same time!! Exhibits and learning experiences encompass a variety of different subjects including the environment, physics, anatomy, economy, marine biology, weather and much, much more. Throught the Imaginarium's curiousity-sparking exhibits, theater shows that include a 3-D slide show and many other activities, visitors explore their world around them and discover what makes Southwest Florida such a unique community. To further enhance your visit to the Imaginarium, the new Imagateria Cafe is now open for lunch, a light snack or perhaps a cup of gourmet frozen coffee. Bon Appetit!! If you would like to extend your visit, hop aboard the Seminole Gulf Railway Excursion Train. Tickets are available at the Downtown Depot (scheduled to open August 31, 1996), conveniently located at the Imaginarium.

The Imaginarium is located at 2200 Cranford Avenue, just east of historic downtown Fort Myers, minutes from Interstate 75 at Exit #23, within blocks of the Historical Museum, the historic Burrough's Home and a trolley ride away from the world famous Edison/Ford Winter Estates. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 1:00AM to 5:00PM and 12:00PM to 5:00PM on Sundays. Admission prices are $6 for ages 13 to adults, $5.50 for Senior Citizens, $3.00 for children 3 to 12 and children under 3 are free.
