Requires at least ten years experience or equivalent as and architect, engineer, inspector, contractor, or superintendent of construction, or any combination of these, five years of which shall have been in supervision. The building official should be certified as a building official through a recognized certification program. Prefer Bachelor's degree in related field. |

the integrity and maintenance of public records and official documents. Other duties include drafting of ordinances and resolutions, and sales of City cemetery lots. Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, as well as certification as Municipal Clerk. Equivalent experience and training considered. |

Requires high school diploma or equivalent, related experience and a valid Florida "A" or "B" CDL driver's license with "N" endorsement. Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. |
