Located at Mile Marker 135 on the Okeechobee Waterway, Fort Myers Yacht Basin is a well designed and protected marina. It is owned and operated by the City of Fort Myers. There is 10 feet of water in the channell and 7 feet of water at some docks. The docks are in excellent condition and the staff is competent, professional, friendly and helpful.

The marina grounds are well landscaped and within walking distance from Centennial Park with the palm-lined riverwalk adjacent to the basin. There are many points of interest in the area, including Thomas A. Edison Winter Estate.

Daily & Monthly Dockage Rates
Effective May 1st - October 31st
1-29 Day(s) $.70 per foot per day
1 Month 7.00 per foot per month*
2-3 Months 6.50 per foot per month*
4-5 Months 6.00 per foot per month*
6 Months 5.50 per foot per month**
12 Months 4.75 per foot per month**
Effective November 1st - April 30th
1-29 Day(s) $.80 per foot per day
1 Month 9.00 per foot per month*
2-3 Months 8.50 per foot per month*
4-5 Months 8.00 per foot per month*
6 Months 7.50 per foot per month**
12 Months 4.75 per foot per month**
* Security deposit equal to one (1)
months dockage, paid in advance.
** Security deposit equal to two (2)
month docakge, paid in advance.

Liveaboard Surcharge:
$40.00 per vessel per month. (Begins with 1 Month Contract.)

One (1) month contract paid in advance.

Auto parking as available:
$25.00 per month or $1.50 per day.

Electricity will be in addition to dockage charge.

Security Deposit may not be used in lieu of payment of last month(s) dockage.

Security Deposit refunded upon payment of Final Bill.
