DESCRIPTION: The program individuals to compute, classify, and record numerical data, to keep financial records and ledgers, and to prepare monthly statement. The program focuses on broad, transferable skills and stresses understanding and demonstration of the following elements of the accounting industry; planning, management, finance, technical and production skills, underlying principles of technology, labor issues, community issues, and health, safety , and environmental issues.
LENGTH: Two (2) semesters, 180 school days, 900 clock hours.
