DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this program is to introduce students
to the hospitality industry uncluding hotel, motel, bed and breakfast
and other lodging organizations.
The content includes, but is not limited to, introduction to the
hospitality indusstry, front office functions, back office procedures,
housekeeping, management techniques, sales, and human relations.
LENGTH: One (1) Semester.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Students must be at least 16 years old.
