"The Army has already completed the awareness and assessment phases and is currently undergoing renovation," Browning said. Target dates for renovation are June 1998 for mission critical systems and December 1998 for non-mission critical system. The Army plans to meet the Office of Management and Budget guidelines for fixing its Y2K problems by March 1999.
