The Russian government has told its agencies that they have 90 days to complete an inventory of software and hardware.
This means when fall begins, Russian agencies will have something like 98% of their y2k projects ahead of them, assuming they meet the government's deadline.

MOSCOW (AP) -- The Russian government has ordered its computer experts to develop ways to resolve the so-called Year 2000 problem, a news agency reported Wednesday.
Government technicians have three months to analyze their systems and determine how much software needs to be changed, and what hardware, if any, needs to be replaced, Interfax said.
