The government of Singapore is making grants to private firms that are trying to repair their systems. Up to 70% of the cost will be borne by the government if the firm applies by December 31, 1997.

Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) may apply for the Local Enterprise Computerisation Programme (LECP) grants to defray the cost of Y2K implementation consultancy by up to 50%, and if you apply before 31 Dec 97, up to 70%.
