If the power grid should go down in any location where scientists are storing lethal viruses, such as smallpox or worse, what happens?
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) posted a schedule on y2k progress last May. No update as of late November. The news is not good.
Let's hope in the virus area, everything is taken care of. Let's also pray.

The Office of Health and Safety has contacted the vendor to determine the compliance status of the specialized biologic and bio-hazard containment systems used at CDC. We are awaiting verification from the vendor.
