USA TODAY (Dec. 17) ran a comparison chart on the status of state repair projects.
Arkansas is so far behind, apparently, that it isn't even listed. Or maybe the reporter just forgot about Arkansas. "Oh, yeah, the state that what's his name and his wife are from."
