The British government publishes its agencies' y2k status. Most of them are at the assessment stage. A few claim to be repairing code. One claims to be at the testing stage. Another claims near-compliance.
The
California White Paper says that when you're finished with assessment, 93% of the project lies ahead.
Note that most agencies expect to be ready for testing in 1998.
