There are 13,000 publicly traded companies in the United States. Of these, 60 put in y2k disclosures in their 1997 Annual Reports.
This from ZDNET (Jan. 15):
"In 1997, only 60 of the more than 13,000 public companies had Year 2000 disclosures in their annual reports."
