Virginia enjoys traveling and painting on location, capturing with oil and acrylic paint the beautiful landscapes, colorful florals and gardens, and interesting still-lifes along the way. Most of her paintings are realistic and impressionistic style. She usually paints with clear bright colors, but depending on the subject matter, sometimes they are more soft and quiet.

 Susanne Brown

Susanne Brown has studied art with her aunt (a professional artist) since childhood. Later years she won a national contest in design while living in New York, where her watercolors were showed at Lord & Taylors. After moving to Fort Myers, she studied at Edison College, as well as with local and international artists.

 Bob Fagan

Bob Fagan is teaching a new six week class for intermediate and advanced watercolors beginning March 6th. This television personality is a philosopher and humorist, who teaches watercolor techniques on a local station. His style is loose and vibrant with sharp contrast, based on negative painting.

 Ron Seitler

Ron Seitler is a recently retired Professor of Art and still a very active artist. The two-session class he offers in pastel is a new way of approaching and old resolution. "Separate brush strokes that sacrifice solid form for intensity of visual experience." Bringing over 30 years of experience in working with pastels will be very evident when seeing his work and demonstration of the use of expressive color strokes that are blended optically.
