Train Depot at Arcadia, FL Arcadia's Train Depot has been closed to rail traffic for many years as with most small towns. In the '80s the depot was refubished to use for business offices. The tracks were taken up this past year to make way for the south-bound lanes of the expanded U.S. Highway 17. A morning storm was blowing in. With the light shinning below the clouds it made for an erie feeling.
