Ginger D. Rutledge has demostrated her goal of Life Long Learning thru her attendance at various Continuing Education Studies with Edison Community College and seminars, including Medi-Soft, the insurance billing software. Ginger uses her knowledge of Windows 95 daily and soon hopes to enable electronic filing of medical insurance claims. She is also chief engineer of sanitation and hygeine at The All Family Massage Clinic.
