What is Caucasicum+ ? Caucasicum is a combination of Kefir, the world's first yogurt, which has been enhanced to form Kefir Caucasicum, and Rhodogen, a unique extract from the root of an extremely rare variety of plant named Rhododendron Caucasicum
Rhododendron Caucasicum, also known as the Snow Rose, grows at altitudes above 7,000 feet on the Caucacus Mountains of the Republic of Georgia formerly part of the Soviet Union.
In the Republic of Georgia, where it is not unusual for people to live beyond 100 years of age, many scientists believe that Rhododendron Caucasicum is a key to Georgian longevity.

Georgians traditionally brew Rhododendron Caucasicum into a delicious tea (Alpine Tea) that is a favorite throughout the region, and Rhododendron Caucasicum is almost always added to their beloved kefir - believed to be another key to Georgian longevity.
There are three simple reasons why Georgians add Rhododendron Caucasicum to kefir:
- It is healthful and they know it!
- It sweetens the kefir and makes it taste better
- Rhododendron Caucasicum protects kefir from pathogens ("free radicals," harmful bacteria, viruses, etc.), which allows kefir to last longer before turning rancid.
Some of the same characteristics of Rhododendron Caucasicum protect humans from pathogens as well.
For over 2,000 years the Georgians have successfully used Rhododendron Caucasicum to forestall and treat disease.
It was because of Rhododendron Caucasicum's overwhelmingly apparent powers that, in the 1950's, Soviet scientists launched full scale research on Rhododendron Caucasicum including clinical studies which have now spanned four decades.
