The Caloosahatchee Marching and Chowder Society has always been a casual club, dedicated to serious fun. For many years, CMCS did not even have a clubhouse, but finally obtained one in the late 1970's, at Rankin's Anchorage (now Shenko's Marina). In 1996, growth in the membership prompted a move to a larger facility at Palm Grove Marina. The new clubhouse is located at 2500 Main Street on San Carlos Island, Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
