Updated information for UPDATE.ZIP

The instructions contained in UPDATE.ZIP are incorrect. According to the file INSTALL.TXT, the Mighty Invoice Processing System must be upgraded to level 1.1 before this fix can be applied. This information is not correct. This update requires the MIPS to be updated to the latest level before the February 18, 1996 update. Applying UPDATE.ZIP to such a system will bring it up to the latest level, version 1.11.

Because the previous update is no longer necessary, it has been removed from our Web server. UPDATE.ZIP totally replaces it.
