Spirit of Life Receives Big Bucks!

On Sunday, February 6th, Jim Emerson took a big bundle of Chalice Lighter checks to Spirit of Life Unitarian Universalists in Oldsmar, Florida, near Tampa. Your generous contributions totaled $3367, which is greatly appreciated by Jim and by Spirit of Life.

February 13th was Chalice Lighter Sunday in the Florida District. Not all congregations participated on that day, and new sign-ups are still coming in. So far about 250 new Chalice Lighters have made it to the list. many thanks go to Phil Spear of Gainesville, who did a fabulous

job co-ordinating Chalice Lighter Sunday in the Florida District! The next call, to benefit Buckman Bridge, was mailed out in mid-March, and Jim thanks you in advance for your generosity in that effort.
