SCOTT HOLCOMB
Scott Holcomb (recently dubbed “handsome
Holcomb” by one of his devoted listeners) hails from Moline Illinois and
has been in the area since 1989. Scott is host of “The Breakfast
Club” heard weekday mornings on THE WAVE. He is the mellow voice
of THE WAVE’S weather updates and many commercials. Among other
various duties, Scott writes copy and serves as an account executive.
Scott is single and has a son, Tommy, age 5 and spends most of his free
time with him. An avid and accomplished golfer, Scott can be found
on the links during leisure time and enjoys snow skiing.
SAL CAPACCIO
Salvatore Antonino Capaccio came to this
area in October of ’95 from Buffalo New York as a graduate of Syracuse
University and has been an essential talent at THE WAVE since. Sal’s
duties at THE WAVE include Station Manager, Program Director and Sports
Director and keep this young man extremely busy. Sal is co-host of
the popular show “The Breakfast Club” and host of “Drive Time With The
Captain.” Sal spends his free time participating in sporting activities
such as flag football and indoor hockey. He also donates numerous
hours to the youth of our community as coach for Pop Warner Football and
Little League Baseball.
TERESA BEVERLY
Teresa Beverly is the producer and host of the
informative and entertaining show “Living For Today.” She moved to
this area in 1988 from Petersburg, Michigan and has become active in the
Englewood scene. While not busy with “Living for Today,” Teresa
spends her time with her family, sons, Kyle age 10, and Dylan age 5 and
husband Dan. With Dan’s help, Teresa’s home is a ‘work in progress.’
She loves to remodel and is currently working on the kitchen. Her
favorite pastimes include fishing and boating with the family and enjoys
quiet time cooking and reading.
ELLEN GREEN
Boating, fishing, scuba diving and all related
water sports that she can do with her family, (she has her offshore captain’s
license) are what Ellen likes to do when she has free time to enjoy.
A native of Erie Pennsylvania, she moved here with her family, (husband
Dan, children, Katie age 17, Beth age 16 and Sam age 14) in 1992 and loves
the Englewood area. Ellen is the lively co-host of “Living For Today” and
office manager of THE WAVE.
BRENDA LEE
Brenda Lee heads up our dynamic sales force
and handles all our promotional events here at THE WAVE . She works
closely with the Englewood Chamber of Commerce on numerous community events.
While not busy on business, (which is rare), she can be found spending
her free time with her “Little Sister,” Ashley. Brenda has been actively
involved in Big Brothers and Big Sisters and recently got the coveted title
of
“Big Sister of the Month.”
Brenda Lee hails from Massachusetts and
has been in the area since 1982.
